This maintenance box is suitable for the maintenance of standard test blocks in various dry powder mortar factories of scientific research and quality inspection departments and construction units. This product adopts an advanced intelligent temperature and humidity control system, which can correctly command functions such as heating, cooling, and humidification, perform fully automatic switching work, achieve dynamic balance of temperature and humidity inside the box, and realize the state adjustment of specimens and the standard environment for testing.

Troubleshooting methods:
★ The whole machine does not work: Check if the power switch and fuse are damaged.
★ Not cooling: Check if the instrument displays the cooling status, check if the compressor overload protector and starter are damaged. If the compressor can operate normally but not cooling, it may be due to refrigerant leakage.
★ Humidifier not humidifying: Check if the small fan inside the humidifier is working, if the water level inside the humidifier base is too high, if the humidifier is placed too tilted, and if the atomization transducer is clean.
★ Large temperature difference inside the box: Check if the fan is working. If the cooling indicator light is on but the fan is not working, the fan is damaged or the fuse is broken.
Occasionally affected by external electrical signals, the instrument display may lose control. Simply turn off the power switch or unplug the power plug, and then restart the device to resume normal operation.

instructions:
Insert the power plug into a well grounded 220V socket, press the power switch, and the instrument will automatically enter the working state.
When leaving the factory, this instrument has been programmed with standard settings, with a temperature control value of 20.0 ℃± 1.0 ℃ and a humidity control value of 95% ± 1.5%. Without special requirements, the control program cannot be changed, otherwise temperature and humidity control may exceed the technical range. If you need to change the control value data, you can modify the program according to the temperature controller manual.
The instrument should be placed in a ventilated and dry place, and used indoors with an ambient temperature of 2-38 ℃, a relative humidity of no more than 85%, and no strong vibration or strong electromagnetic field around it.
After the instrument is placed steadily, check whether the door switch is flexible and whether the electrical, cooling and other components are damaged.
★ Fill the water tank in the box with water until it is below the bottom shelf and 2cm above the electric heating tube. Open the side door and fill the humidifier water tank with distilled water. Also, fill the plastic ball in the temperature measuring dry and wet box with water and soak the gauze in the water.

matters needing attention:
Regularly check the humidifier and water tank, do not cut off the water in the dry and wet box, and replace the gauze inside the box every month.
Non relevant personnel are not allowed to change the control program data without authorization to avoid instrument loss of control and damage.
If the voltage fluctuation of the power supply exceeds the specified range of use, a power stabilizer must be installed, otherwise it will damage the instrument and refrigeration unit.
The grounding of the power supply must be reliable, as poor grounding can pose a danger to your personal safety.
